As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Atera, you will lead the onboarding and technical enablement of our most strategic and complex customers. This is a hybrid, highly customer-facing role that blends deep technical knowledge, project management, and solution design to drive customer success.You'll serve as a trusted advisor, designing and implementing scalable solutions, including onboarding our most advanced AI-powered automations.
