Responsibilities Implement and maintain all Salesforce workflows, automations, and integrations with other systems at Ataraxis. Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and operations teams. Import, clean, and map data from external systems into Salesforce. Configure and maintain data models, custom objects, and API connections on Salesforce side. Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership to translate business needs into system workflows. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and engineering. Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce Flow, Data Loader, and dashboard/report building. Experience integrating data from other systems. Comfort with light scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a plus. Ability to work independently and figure things out fast. Execution-oriented. Availability for a part-time engagement (between 5 and 20 hours/week).
