What You'll Do: • Collaborate with AEC firms to develop tailored talent acquisition and employee experience strategies. • Work on executive search projects, including sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates. • Assist with scalable recruiting solutions, retention initiatives, and leadership development programs. • Support employee engagement assessments and contribute to recommendations for improvement. • Participate in business development activities and present at Zweig Group events like ElevateHER and ElevateAEC. • For senior-level consultants: Lead client engagements, develop strategic plans, and mentor junior team members. Who You Are: • Entry-level candidates: Enthusiastic about HR, talent development, or organizational psychology with a desire to grow in the AEC sector. • Experienced professionals: Background in recruitment, talent management, or consulting, ideally within AEC or related industries. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or Zweig Group events.
