The Senior Appian Developer will support a small, agile team implementing the Appian GAM (Government Acquisition Management) module, contributing to a fast-paced federal project. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Appian applications, including workflows and interfaces. • Support implementation of the GAM module (prior experience is a plus but not required). • Collaborate with a small team (~10 members) in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and client demos. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian functionality and performance. • Work closely with federal stakeholders and AFS technical leads. Qualifications: • 7+ years of relevant development experience, including Appian and general software development. • Strong understanding of Appian process automation, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving in technical environments. • Experience with Appian design, web development, and integration. • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Ability to work EST hours (9–5) in a fully remote setting. This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, California OR Arvada, CO and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices. Responsibilities for the Platform Engineer include: • Architect, automate, test, and deploy Kubernetes-based infrastructure. • Implement DevSecOps practices aligned with SOC2, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP Medium. • Develop secure ingress/egress for multi-tenant environments. • Collaborate with software teams to ensure successful architecture and performance. • Work directly with customers to deploy infrastructure in cloud and secure facilities.
