This role establishes the architectural guardrails, reference designs, design review practices, and modernization roadmap needed to maintain a consistent, secure, and scalable global network environment. As the final technical authority for high-risk changes and significant design decisions, this role provides deep technical leadership across architecture, security, operational readiness, and risk management. The role requires strong influence across functions and regions, the ability to translate strategy into practical architecture direction, and the judgment to balance security, resiliency, cost, performance, and operational complexity. Global Network and Firewall Architecture Governance • Own global network and firewall architecture standards, governance processes, reference architectures, and design patterns. • Define and maintain architectural guardrails for network connectivity, firewall policy design, segmentation, perimeter controls, cloud connectivity, remote access, and related network security capabilities. • Establish architecture review practices that ensure designs are aligned to enterprise standards, cybersecurity expectations, operational requirements, and business objectives. • Ensure architecture decisions are documented, traceable, risk-informed, and reusable across regions and major programs. Architectural Consistency and Technical Drift Prevention • Ensure architectural consistency across the global environment by identifying divergence from approved standards and driving corrective actions. • Prevent technical drift by maintaining clear design principles, standard patterns, technology lifecycle expectations, and exception management processes. • Partner with operations, engineering, regional teams, and vendors to ensure implemented solutions remain aligned to approved architecture. • Create visibility into architecture exceptions, legacy patterns, unsupported technologies, configuration inconsistencies, and design risks. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in network architecture, firewall architecture, infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity architecture, or a closely related technology function. • Experience owning or materially shaping architecture standards and governance for enterprise-scale or global network and firewall environments. • Experience serving as a senior technical authority for complex design decisions, high-risk changes, architecture exceptions, or major transformations. • Experience partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, cloud, GRC, regional technology teams, vendors, and managed service providers. • Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, cloud networking certifications, firewall platform certifications, or architecture-related certifications are preferred but not required. Salary Range: $157,100 - $184,900 + eligible bonus + comprehensive benefits

Builder of Organizational Capability & Culture • Translate enterprise and functional people strategies into practical execution aligned to business priorities, goals, and timelines, while adapting global People & Culture programs to local business context, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities. • Define and evolve skill and capability roadmaps, lead talent review processes, and partner with leaders to design scalable support models that ensure future-ready talent, equitable development, and strong leadership pipelines aligned to business and global needs. • Lead execution of workforce planning, talent movement, succession planning, and global resourcing strategies. • Develop data-informed engagement strategies and enable recognition and culture programs that strengthen belonging, retention, and a purpose-led, high-performance employee experience. • Support and coach junior People & Culture Business Partners in navigating complex employee relations matters. People Operations & Change Leadership • Execute People & Culture Center of Excellence (COE) strategies by leading implementation of enterprise-wide learning, culture, and engagement programs. • Leverage talent and business data to inform organizational development initiatives and improve ways of working across supported teams. • Champion change management efforts and enable effective adoption of organizational, workforce, and operating model changes. • Collaborate with People & Culture COEs and cross-functional stakeholders to inform the development of global P&C initiatives, providing insights and feedback to strengthen effectiveness across a matrixed organization. Key Partners • Direct business partner relationship to GETS, Cyber, GRTO Leadership Teams • No direct reports, indirect partnership with other D&T PCBPs - especially D&T Brand PCBPs and PCDs • COE leaders supporting Yum! Experience Requirements • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a Business Partner role; experience supporting technical and globally matrixed organizations is a plus. • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders, translating people strategies into effective execution, and leading workforce planning initiatives. • Experience managing employee relations matters with sound judgment, including coaching leaders through performance, conduct, and complex people situations. • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes within complex organizations by collaborating across diverse stakeholders; experience operating in a global, matrixed environment is a plus. • Experience leading or supporting organizational change, workforce transitions, or operating model shifts in dynamic environments. • Working knowledge of HR systems, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity tools to support workforce and talent decision-making. • Experience leveraging talent and business data to inform people, workforce, or organizational decisions. Salary Range: $110,500 - $129,900 + eligible bonus
