Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 OTE Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Turn Todd Walters into the most visible agent/coach in real estate — daily content, omnipresence, and trend domination. • Create and manage engaging organic social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. • Drive inbound leads with daily outreach, DMs, engagement, and lead magnets. • Land Todd weekly speaking gigs at real estate conferences, events, and podcasts nationwide. • Secure monthly PR/media placements (articles, interviews, features). • Build and manage Todd’s media kit, speaker kits, and press releases. • Track results: follower growth, engagement, lead flow, and bookings. Qualifications: • Lives and breathes social media trends. • Is fearless about pitching media outlets and event organizers. • Has proven experience in PR, social media marketing, or brand promotion. • Thrives in a fast-paced, enterprising environment. • Is obsessed with tracking results and showing measurable ROI. • Up to $2000 monthly bonus based on KPIs.
