In this position, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient cloud-native solutions using the Microsoft Azure platform. Your technical expertise will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering high-quality products. Development work will focus on Industrial IoT solutions, including products for welding systems and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, as well as Machine Learning applications to analyze and optimize operations. The ideal candidate can transform concepts into high-quality, production-ready applications, make informed architectural recommendations, and collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment using tools such as Microsoft Teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while mentoring other developers. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of Full Stack development experience. • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Java or C# programming language and associated build tools (e.g., Maven, Nuget). • Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in at least one major JavaScript framework (preferably React). • Strong understanding of API design principles and distributed systems architecture, including RESTful services and microservices. • Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning (preferably MySQL). • Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure services. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in Scrum teams. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex software systems. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for remote and cross-functional collaboration. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into well-defined work items in the product backlog. • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based backend services using Azure technologies. This includes building APIs and communication layers using REST, or other appropriate protocols. • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, leveraging frameworks such as React for component-based UI development. • Configure and maintain modern front-end build tools to optimize performance, manage assets, and streamline the development and deployment workflow. • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles, ensuring consistent, repeatable, and secure deployments across environments. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes leveraging Azure DevOps or similar tools. • Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability. • Apply Agile principles to manage development tasks, promote iterative progress, and adapt to changing requirements through continuous feedback and collaboration. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Use tools like Microsoft DevOps to manage sprint cycles, track progress, and plan development efforts based on backlog items. • Lead project workstreams or critical project steps within larger initiatives; ensuring reliability, and roadmap delivery for assigned components • Interface with internal and external customers to assist with problem-solving, debug field issues, explain application features, and gather new requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, issues, and production incidents in a timely manner. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure and full stack development while evaluating their potential impact on the organization's projects and strategies. • Partner with internal and external customers to understand use cases, support field investigations, and explain system capabilities. • Contribute to strategic initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the company’s long-term goals and evolving priorities.

Currently seeking an M365 Cloud Administrator specializing in Security Operations and Support. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day operations and support of productivity and collaborations of M365 cloud technologies. The Cloud Engineer will work closely with other infrastructure teams, profit centers, service desks and level 2/3 Microsoft 365 support staff. Serve as a subject matter expert contributing to a wide variety of projects in support of the enterprise workplace and collaborations roadmap. Provide technical guidance in planning and implementing new solutions while ensuring existing platforms remain stable.
