The role focuses on Rockwell PLC (ControlLogix/CompactLogix) systems, Ignition SCADA, and compliance with EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), IEC 62443/ISA99, ISA 95, GMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Key Responsibilities • Lead CRA implementation and gap assessments for OT systems. • Define and maintain global OT reference architecture (Purdue model, zones & conduits, DMZ). • Secure and harden Rockwell PLCs and Ignition SCADA environments. • Perform OT cyber risk assessments and threat modelling. • Implement secure configuration baselines for servers and engineering workstations. • Ensure compliance with GMP & FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (audit trails, electronic records, RBAC). • Support Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation (URS/NFR/FS/DS/IQ/OQ/PQ). • Define patch management and vulnerability handling processes for validated OT systems. • Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections. The team includes power systems, database, software, and optimization engineers. As a Java developer, you will contribute and lead advanced development in MMS Application software design, development, testing, integration and tuning to meet project and/or product commitments. Projects' main deliverable is an overall customized system that's based on Client's next generation Market System, a cloud-based solution that hosts multi-state wholesale energy markets. End user customers are Electric Utilities, Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs). These markets are key to decarbonizing our power system by ensuring reliability while allowing increasing penetration of Solar, Wind and Storage technologies. Basic Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in "STEM" major (Science, Technology, Engineering & MATH) from an accredited university or college. • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Java development in a cloud-based enterprise environment.
