The Part-Time GCI Sourcing Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Sales Team and managing sourcing documentation. A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: Maintain cost sheets with current pricing and supplier information. Communicate with suppliers to request updated pricing and documentation. Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers and product sources. Generate cost estimates and landed cost calculations for the Sales Team. Keep supplier documentation folders up to date. Gather and summarize supplier and market information to support sourcing decisions. What You Bring to the Role: 3+ years of experience in chemical sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems. Effective communication skills, verbal, written, and digital, with internal teams and suppliers. What Makes You a Great Fit: You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You can manage time and priorities effectively in a part-time schedule. Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $64,000 - $85,340. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
