Selling Wi-Fi advertising campaigns and building long-term agency relationships in transit environments. | 7+ years in digital, programmatic, DOOH, or travel-related media sales, with strong agency relationships and experience selling premium inventory. | Why This Role Exists WiConnect is at an inflection point. We sell premium Wi-Fi advertising inventory across venues where advertisers find targeted audiences including within airports, inflight connectivity, and transit networks.We havestrong agency relationships, and products that actually solve real problems for advertisers. What we’re looking for now is the right seller — someone who can operate at the same level as our senior sellers and help us scale revenue the right way. This role is for a proven closer, not a junior BD or marketing rep. You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how we sell WiConnect’s LiveIMPACT and LiveREACH offerings. What You’ll Actually Be Doing • Selling Wi-Fi advertising campaigns directly to ad agencies and brand-direct clients • Closing sponsorships, CPE (Cost Per Engagement), video, CPM, and programmatic PMP deals • Selling inventory across: • Airports • Inflight Wi-Fi • Trains and transit environments • Driving adoption of LiveREACH, our real-time, location-based programmatic platform • Building long-term brand ad agency relationships that turn into repeat, multi-market buys • Packaging Wi-Fi inventory alongside DOOH, travel, and digital plans agencies already sell • Collaborating closely with: • Pricing and deal structure • Sponsorship models • How we position WiConnect in the market This is a hands-on sales role. No layers. No hand-holding. A lot of trust. Who This Is a Great Fit For • 7+ years selling digital, programmatic, DOOH, or travel-related media • Strong existing relationships at major brands and agency holding companies • Comfortable selling non-standard, premium inventory (not just banners or remnant) • Understands how agencies actually buy: • PMP deals • Video and sponsorships • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working closely with a founder • Someone who wants to build, not just maintain a book of business Compensation & Upside We’re flexible for the right person, but this role is designed to be very attractive for a strong seller: • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) • Aggressive, uncapped commission plan • Clear path to earning well into six figures as the business scales • Fully remote role with light, purposeful travel If you can sell — and you like selling innovative inventory to smart buyers — you’ll do very well here.
