Role Objectives: The Business Development Manager at WEP Clinical is responsible for driving the growth and success of WEP Clinical’s entire service portfolio by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, including Access Programs, Clinical Trials, Patient and Site Solutions, 3PL, Data Collection, Pharmacovigilance, and Comparator services. This role is instrumental in driving sales efforts and securing new business opportunities. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders that align commercial activities with WEP’s business objectives. Please note: We have multiple openings for this role, with positions posted as both Business Development Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive new business opportunities. Engage with prospective customers on behalf of WEP Clinical to introduce services and build relationships. Evaluate new business opportunities and provide regular updates to management. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support revenue growth and margin improvement. Maintain and report on account status, leads, and results to the BD leadership team. Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to prepare for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Represent WEP Clinical professionally at conferences, trade shows, and congresses, while identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, Regulatory, Data, and PV teams to support campaigns and client solutions. Support proposals, pricing, CRM updates, and BD team initiatives. Role Objectives: The WEP Clinical Project Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials is responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing decentralized clinical trial nursing and/or other clinical research projects. The Ideal Candidate: • Team Player • Adaptable • Problem-Solver • Detail-Oriented What You'll Do: • Oversee the full lifecycle of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, and applicable laws. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational deliverables, issues, and project-specific concerns. • Manage day-to-day project operations, including oversight of timelines, visit projections, and adherence to operational project plans. • Provide cross-functional leadership for internal teams, ensuring coordination of site management, data management, training, shipment logistics, and other project needs. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, proposing and implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings and teleconferences to drive project progress and alignment. • Setup, maintain, and close out document storage systems and clinical trial management systems; ensure organized documentation through platforms like SharePoint. • Develop and deliver project-specific nurse and site staff training, including templates for essential documents and protocol-related education. • Manage vendor performance and deliverables; review invoices for accuracy and ensure service quality. • Track and report project activities and expenses, supporting timely and accurate project billing and financial oversight. • Liaise with the Quality Assurance team for audits, CAPAs, and organizational or program-level investigations. • Escalate protocol deviations, SAEs/AEs, or PVs to the appropriate line manager or medical professional as required. What You'll Need: • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a health or science field). • 3-6 years of experience in project management, clinical research, or monitoring (DCT experience preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy. • Willing and able to travel for business meetings, trainings, or industry events; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional attitude and collaborative approach. • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate and execute DCT activities across teams. • Familiarity with current ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research best practices. Role Objectives: The WEP Patient Visit Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting decentralized clinical trials by ensuring seamless coordination of in-home patient visits. By working closely with project management teams, patients, home healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, this role enhances patient experience and ensures clinical trial success. As a Patient Visit Coordinator, you’ll ensure the integrity and quality of the clinical trial is maintained and conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines, and sponsor protocols. What You'll Need: • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience. • 0-2 years of experience in clinical research, decentralized clinical trials or home healthcare, or equivalent combination of education, experience and expertise. • Experience working with healthcare providers, patients, and/or clinical trial teams. • Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and data management systems (EDC, CTMS, etc.). • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple visits and tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and clinical teams. • Knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulations (GCP, ICH), and the ethical considerations related to human research. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and clinical trial management systems. • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC) is a plus.
