Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer who will act as the bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation testing, a knack for solution presentation and demos, and excellent communication skills to convey complex solutions in simple, compelling ways. You’ll work closely with the sales, delivery, and product teams to showcase how Webomates’ AI-driven testing solutions can transform our customers’ quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the sales team to understand customer pain points and propose suitable QA automation solutions. • Conduct product demos, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept (POC) presentations. • Translate customer requirements into technical proposals and solution architectures. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor offerings for client needs. • Support RFP/RFI processes with clear and persuasive technical responses. • Stay updated on emerging QA and automation trends, tools, and Webomates platform advancements. Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, API Testing, or similar tools). • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD, and automation frameworks. • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Proven ability to deliver engaging demos and technical presentations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Willingness to work in U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours to support client engagements. Nice to Have • Experience with AI-driven testing platforms or cloud-based automation tools. • Exposure to Salesforce, ServiceNow, or web application testing environments. • Prior experience in a client-facing pre-sales or solution engineering role.
