What You’ll Do (Transactional focus) • Lead and support purchases & sales, leasing (office/retail/industrial + some residential), and secured real property financings. • Advise on development & construction, land use, property tax, and environmental risk issues. • Draft/negotiate a wide range of agreements (PSAs, leases, financing docs, easements, CC&Rs, construction & architect contracts). • Partner with corporate colleagues on entity formation, private placements, JV/partnerships, and capital stack matters. • Train/mentor juniors where appropriate; benefit from ongoing training yourself. Compensation & Structure • Base: $165,000–$500,000+ (commensurate with experience; upside with any portable clients). • Billables: Low (~1,500–1,600) to support true balance. • Benefits: Full package; supportive partners and resources. • Work Setup: Hybrid (LA) with a strong in-office presence for collaboration.
