THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a high-energy candidate to help drive growth through co-selling, joint go-to-market initiatives, and solution alignment with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will focus on executing AWS co-sell motions, supporting pipeline acceleration, and enabling internal sales teams to effectively leverage AWS programs, funding, and field relationships. You will work closely with AWS Partner Managers, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to identify and advance joint opportunities. This is a hands-on alliance role ideal for someone with strong cloud fundamentals and emerging partner leadership experience. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO • AWS Co-Sell & Pipeline Execution • Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs), and AWS Account Managers • Support joint account planning and opportunity alignment through AWS ACE pipeline manager • Help drive co-sell motions aligned to AWS field priorities • Participate in client meetings alongside sales teams to represent AWS-aligned solution capabilities • Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline contribution Internal Enablement & Sales Support • Educate internal sales teams on AWS co-sell processes, ACE registration, and partner engagement best practices • Support development of AWS-focused “better together” messaging and sales collateral • Help align sellers to AWS funding programs (MAP, POC funding, migration incentives, etc.) • Provide guidance on AWS Marketplace and private offer motions where applicable Solution & Program Alignment • Partner with delivery and architecture teams to align offerings with AWS reference architectures and partner competencies • Support development of AWS-aligned accelerators and repeatable solutions • Help maintain AWS competencies, partner status, and certifications • Monitor AWS announcements and roadmap updates to identify growth opportunities Relationship & Ecosystem Support • Assist in preparation for AWS QBRs, partner reviews, and GTM planning sessions • Represent the company at AWS Summits, partner events, and workshops as needed • Serve as a liaison between internal sales, technical teams, and AWS field teams to reduce friction in deal cycles WHAT YOU BRING • 5–8 years of experience in alliances, cloud sales, partner management, or technical pre-sales • Experience working within the AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem • Understanding of AWS cloud services (compute, storage, data, analytics, AI/ML) • Familiarity with AWS co-sell motion, ACE, Marketplace, and funding programs • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Background in consulting or professional services preferred NICE TO HAVE • AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) • Experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud modernization projects • Experience tracking and reporting AWS-sourced revenueEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Wavicle is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. THE OPPORTUNITY Wavicle is looking for a hands-on Azure Solution Architect to assist with client project in Dallas, Texas. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO: • Architect & Design: Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring they meet standards for security, scalability, and performance. This includes translating complex business requirements into clear, comprehensive architectural blueprints. • DevOps Leadership: Champion and implement DevOps best practices, including building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and establishing comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategies. • AI Integration: Design and integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure OpenAI) into new and existing applications to unlock business value and drive innovation. • Technical Strategy: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints and strategic roadmaps that align with Avery Dennison's long-term goals. • Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical challenges, dissecting root causes and architecting elegant, effective solutions. • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate architectural designs, strategies, and trade-offs to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. • ·Industry and Business Acumen: Collaborate with stakeholders in the apparel, manufacturing, and sports industries to understand their unique business challenges. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience. • 10+ years in software development or IT, with at least 4 years in a solution architecture role. • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including IaaS and PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage. A strong grasp of Azure networking and security is essential. • Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
