Own full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing, refine sales messaging, and build a sales pipeline. | 3+ years of legal tech SaaS sales experience, proven hunter track record, self-managed, tech-savvy with sales tools. | Wamy is looking for our Founding Account Executive. We are a fast-growing Legal Tech startup solving a massive pain point for law firms. This is not a "standard" AE role where you sit back and wait for marketing to fill your calendar. This is a Full-Cycle Sales role for a hunter who wants to own the entire process—from the first cold call to the signed contract. You will be the first dedicated sales hire. You will work directly with the Founder. You will set the playbook. If you are tired of being Employee #5,000 at a giant corporation and want to build something real, this is your chance. What You Will Actually Do Hunt (50%): You are your own SDR. You will identify high-value law firms, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls/email/LinkedIn to book your own meetings. Close (50%): You will run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys, handle objections, and close deals. Build: You will help refine our sales messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy based on real market feedback. 3+ Years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: You have sold SaaS to law firms before (e.g., at Clio, MyCase, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis). You understand the "billable hour" mindset and know how to speak to Partners. A Proven "Hunter": You can show us a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own revenue. You don't fear the phone. No "Big Company" Hangovers: You don't need a 2-week training seminar or a manager checking your activity daily. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely. Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, Dialers, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to maximize your efficiency. We believe in paying for performance. We want a partner who bets on themselves. Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $240,000 Structure is a 50/50 split (e.g., $90k-$120k Base + $90k-$120k Commission). Uncapped Commission: There is no ceiling on what you can earn. Top performers will earn significantly more than the OTE. Opportunity for Equity: We are building a long-term team. For those who prove they can build the pipeline and close revenue, there is a clear path to earning significant stock options and participating in the company's exit upside.
