These will be remote roles with travel for key milestones. We need native English-speaking candidates, very good communication skills (Very Important). All roles are EBS (Not Cloud), Need experience with working with Union setups. The work is around some union changes, new benefit groups, new codes and business rules for benefits, offer letters, and time keeping, and business rules for each CBA. I think it's around 8000-9000 EEs, salary ranges to grade steps, fast formulas, also new business units with a lot of grade steps.
