Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies focused on AI innovations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technological trends. • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of AI-powered products, from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate APIs, cloud services (such as AWS), and IT infrastructure components into scalable solutions. • Drive agile product development processes using methodologies like SAFe and frameworks such as TFS, Jira, VersionOne, and Waterfall to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Oversee cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers using wireframing tools like Balsamiq and UML diagrams for system design. • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business units to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations effectively. • Utilize data analytics platforms such as Looker and SQL databases to inform data-driven decision making, optimize user experiences for mobile applications, and enhance product features based on user feedback. • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, analyze system performance metrics, and ensure compliance with IT governance standards. • Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies like IoT (Internet of Things) and SaaS solutions to expand product capabilities. • Manage product development budgets, timelines, and project management software tools to ensure efficient resource utilization. Requirements • Proven experience in software development life cycle (SDLC), project management methodologies including Agile planning, Waterfall, SAFe frameworks, with demonstrated success leading technical product teams. • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS along with experience managing APIs, databases (SQL), and IT infrastructure components. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments; excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination. • Deep understanding of product management principles including requirements design, wireframing (Balsamiq), UML modeling, system analysis skills, and requirements gathering techniques. • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS; familiarity with Agile software development practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming. • Technical expertise in programming languages such as Java; familiarity with HTML for web-based interfaces; experience working on mobile applications development is a plus. • Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools like Looker or Microsoft Excel to support strategic decision making. • Knowledge of IT governance standards ensuring compliance across all product initiatives; experience working within SaaS environments is desirable. • Strong strategic management capabilities combined with a passion for innovation in AI-driven products; excellent collaboration skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
