Plus Bonus MUST HAVE WASTE INDUSTRY or HEAVY ROUTE EXPERIENCE You will have the primary responsibility for support, accounting and operational procedures at a massive location. This position is accountable for delivering oversight, coordination, supervision, planning, administrative management, training, and logistical support the facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Directs the daily activities of transportation, hauling, and support functions, ensuring high-quality customer service and the safe transport of refuse without causing air, land, or water contamination. • Develops, oversees, and tracks operational metrics while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, and overall operational and customer service performance. • Responsible for all client support matters • Responsible for mentoring and developing staff • Responsible for assisting with developing and implementing related annual goals and initiatives. • Responsible for identifying and implementing process and control improvements.
