Manage daily clinical operations, oversee vaccine administration and specimen collection, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate logistics across multiple sites. | Active RN license in New York, minimum 5 years clinical healthcare experience, BLS certification, knowledge of healthcare standards (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA), and strong organizational skills. | About the position VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the daily operations of VitalCheck’s onsite clinics and workplace health programs. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through effective logistics management, regulatory compliance, and seamless program delivery. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring regular onsite engagement and direct leadership in the implementation of client-facing clinical operations. Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between operations, clinical staff, and corporate clients. • Providing clinical leadership and oversight for onsite clinics. • Coordinate clinic scheduling, staffing, logistics, and supply management across multiple sites. • Manage the implementation and execution of daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. • Perform and oversee the administration of vaccines and specimen collection procedures in accordance with clinical standards. • Maintain accurate records, monitor performance metrics, and prepare operational reports for leadership. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and institutional protocols. • Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting continuous process improvement. • Touchbase with customers and patients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Candidates with a nursing degree must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State and a minimum of 5 years working experience as an RN. • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the healthcare field, specifically in clinical operations, coordination, or program management roles. • Active BLS (basic life support) certification. • Demonstrated understanding of vaccine administration, specimen collection, and basic medical testing procedures. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success collaborating across clinical and administrative teams. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high computer literacy. • Must be able to reliably commute as travel to clinic sites is expected throughout assigned territory in New York City.
