Answering inbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and providing customer support in a skincare e-commerce setting. | Experience in high-volume call centers, reliable internet, and a quiet home workspace; bilingual skills are a plus. | We are looking for people who have experience working in high volume call centers. Looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated customer service superstar seeking work at home employment for an up-and-coming e-commerce store in the beauty industry. We sell skincare skincare & cosmetics to women over 50. We are looking for people who want long term work. This is not a gig, but a career... You'll have room to grow professionally as we exclusively upgrade from within our ranks. Your responsibilities will include promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats. The schedule is Wednesday-Sunday 9am-6pm EST (45 hours a week) Must have a reliable internet connection with a working computer and headset. You are also required to have a quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction. We are looking for people who are passionate about skincare. Not required, but a plus to be bi-lingual and speak spanish. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: Remote
