Help us maximize our $10,000 monthly Google Ad Grant to reach veterans transitioning to civilian life. You will: - Audit our current Google Ads account and grant usage. - Develop a keyword strategy focused on “military-to-civilian transition” and “project management mentorship.” - Configure technical integration between Google Ads and Google Analytics to track mentee applications and volunteer sign-ups. This project strengthens our advocacy efforts and ensures we’re the go-to resource for veterans. By optimizing the grant, you’ll help us connect with “Alliance Heroes” who might otherwise face homelessness or unemployment. We’ve secured the grant, activated Google Workspace, and have full internal support. Upon completion, our Director of Strategic Operations will maintain the account using your architecture. By providing fresh content, you’ll help us maintain our “Community” value through consistent engagement with partners and veterans. We’ll provide a Brand Style Guide and logos, and our Marketing Manager will serve as your primary point of contact for feedback and approvals.
