This role sits at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on enabling frontline teams and scaling disciplined, repeatable processes across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of B2B buying behavior, experience operating in mature organizations, and a proven ability to translate customer and market intelligence into impactful go-to-market strategies. Key Focus Areas Marketing Strategy & Product Focus • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring customer needs, pain points, and buying motives inform product, pricing, and GTM decisions. • Build and scale disciplined, repeatable marketing processes that ensure consistent execution, high-quality service, and seamless customer experiences across segments. • Equip and empower frontline teams (Sales, Service, and Operations) with clear positioning, tools, and training to drive engagement and revenue growth. Core Responsibilities Customer & Market Intelligence • Lead segment deep-dives to assess market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. • Develop and maintain customer personas, mapping buying motivations, decision drivers, and unmet needs. • Partner with Marketing Analytics, Sales and Service teams to identify product gaps and inform roadmap prioritization. Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution • Design and operationalize standardized GTM frameworks for new product launches, expansions, and cross-sell initiatives. • Own end-to-end launch planning, including messaging, targeting, enablement, and performance tracking. • Drive consistency and scalability across launches in key verticals. Sales Enablement & Frontline Empowerment • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools, training modules, and segment-specific resources that improve sales effectiveness. • Create playbooks to support specialized selling strategies, including product training and customer cross-sell penetration. • Act as a trusted leader on cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and field execution. Qualifications • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B, preferably within enterprise or industrial/service-based organizations. • Proven success launching and scaling products in complex portfolios. • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights. • Deep collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, Procurement and Leadership. • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
Reviewing service agreements, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring contract compliance. | Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with Salesforce, report creation, and project management skills. | Job Details Description Overview: The Strategic Accounts Contract Review Specialist reviews service agreements for new and renewed business for Strategic Accounts customers. They direct the billing setup through rate management, confirm product mix, validate forecasting has been completed, and work with team leadership, sales professionals, and account management teams to plan the implementations of new business. The Contract Review Specialist is responsible for managing approvals for non-standard terms, reporting financial incentives to our internal finance teams, and identifying locations to be subcontracted. Subcontracted locations require management from this team to: source potential vendors, manage receivables requests, resolve service requests, and negotiating pricing and trade pricing with potential vendors. Their success requires building relationships with Vestis field sales and service team members, subcontracting vendors, as well as regional and national service and sales leadership. Responsibilities/Essential Functions • Completes review of all contract documents submitted to Strategic Accounts for management • Secures relationships with other uniform and linen providers for subcontracted locations falling outside of the Vestis’ service area. This can include selection of vendors, management of contract documents, negotiation of pricing if vendor requests deviation from our contracted rates. • Knowledge and understanding of our proforma profitability and pricing models • Audit and review Strategic Accounts contracts, agreements, internal and external client correspondences, and ensure action items are completed accurately. • Delegate contractually obligated reporting and financial incentives and obligations to appropriate departments. • Act as facilitator and scribe for review meetings and assist in driving completion of action items and project plan updates for communication to our internal partners. • Conduct client profile maintenance and updates as necessary per Vestis customer contracts and our SOX review process. • Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Strong hands-on SalesForce.com administration and/or implementation skills. • Strong time management and communications skills are required to keep on task and work collaboratively in a team and matrix environment • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. • Ability to exercise sound judgment when prioritizing requests under tight deadlines. • Strong sense of accountability and proactive learner. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Salesforce, Excel, & Word, • Detailed oriented. Working Environment/Safety Requirements Work from home Experience/Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Experience in Salesforce preferred • Ability to create/maintain reports/dashboards • Two to four years of relevant experience. • Project Management or logistics experience preferred. Compensation: The salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
