Manage corporate technology, security, and hardware to support Azure hosting and serve as escalation for help desk. | Experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments, Enterprise IAM, troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux. | About the role At Verndale the Infrastructure team is responsible for the technology, security, software and hardware used by all employees. The senior infrastructure engineer will be an integral part of this critical and highly visible team tasked with empowering all employees to perform their jobs in the most efficient and secure way possible. As senior infrastructure engineer, you will also support Verndale's clients, Azure hosting environments, as well as Verndale's 24x7 help desk acting as an escalation point. The qualified candidate must be able to work with limited supervision and participate in on-call rotations as needed. Responsibilities Respond to incoming requests made via web, email, or phone within agreed-upon levels in customer service level agreements. Identify and organize tickets and internal initiatives according to priority. Update and maintain internal process documentation. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot corporate environments and applications to support Verndale's employees and clients. Provide technical support and training for colleagues. Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and cross-functional team members to meet business goals. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure uptime of services. Qualifications Proven ability to work effectively independently and with a team. Excellent customer service skills, strong English communication both verbally and in writing Must be detail-oriented and have strong troubleshooting skills. Must be able to organize and prioritize a large number of tasks at any given time. Experience working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Knowledge of security principles and best practices Experience managing cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred) Experience managing Atlassian Jira/Confluence Experience with Enterprise Identity and Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory) Experience with Windows 10/11 / Windows Server / Mac OSX / Linux Advanced knowledge of computer setup, support, and networking principles Prior experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite (Exchange Online, Outlook, Office applications) Nice to Have Experience managing Atlassian Jira Service Management Experience with MDM Platforms (Microsoft Intune / Jamf) Experience with Sophos Endpoint Security Experience with Tenable Vulnerability Management / Web App Scanning Experience with Cisco Meraki MX/MR Experience with computer imaging methods and software Ideal candidates will also have experience in project management. Manage and grow partner channel relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. | Experienced leader with 5+ years in partner-based quota-carrying roles and strong communication with C-level stakeholders. | About the role We are seeking an influencer and a true partner to our Partners who drives results through innovation, strong process, transparency and teamwork. The qualified candidate is an experienced leader who has developed and managed impactful channel partnerships. As part of our Sales team, the Partner Director is responsible for owning and managing the Verndale partner channel relationships. The qualified candidate will engage with Verndale Channel Partners and Verndale Stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans and support activities as well as ensuring effective growth strategies are in place for customers engaged through Verndale's strategic Partners. Responsibilities • Exceed quota for referral leads and closed opportunities that Verndale refers to our partners. • Exceed quota for revenue that results from inbound partner leads. • Execute a successful partnership strategy to grow Verndale’s market share. • Be the face of Verndale to our partners, own relationships with relevant partner stakeholders, act as day-to-day contact. • Drive monthly and quarterly results meetings. Report on results both internally and with partners. • Liaise with Marketing to identify co-branded campaigns w/partners that drive bi-directional lead flow. • Liaise with Verndale & Partner field sales reps to facilitate tactical joint selling activities, increase Verndale mindshare at the field & sales management levels. • Assist in finding new potential partners that align with and/or complement Verndale’s business model. • Develop a deep understanding of Partner product lines and market trends. Qualifications • 5 years of experience in a partner-based quota-carrying role. • Experience managing partnerships with leading commerce platforms, primarily Shopify and BigCommerce; experience with VTEX, ZNode or Commercetools also welcomed. • Knowledge of commerce products, ecosystem, and GTM strategies across B2B, B2C and DTC channels. • Proven track record of growing and scaling partner-driven revenues within a value based B2B sales model. • Effective communicator with C-level stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to develop, run and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.
