Head of Digital Health Media Job Summary: Veradigm is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Digital Health Media to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital media initiatives that support our Life Sciences division. This role will be responsible for driving innovation in digital health engagement, leveraging Veradigm's vast data assets and provider network to deliver targeted, measurable, and compliant media solutions to life sciences clients. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership · Lead a digital health media team that partners with pharmaceutical companies and agency stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. · Define and execute the digital media strategy aligned with Life Sciences business goals. · Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media campaigns across EHR, point-of-care, and digital platforms. Product Innovation & Development · Oversee the creation and enhancement of digital media products, including programmatic advertising, content syndication, and in-EHR messaging. · Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable media solutions. Client Engagement & Growth · Partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to design media strategies that drive HCP and patient engagement. · Present media solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and measurable ROI. Performance & Analytics · Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness. · Use data-driven insights to optimize media performance and inform future strategy. Compliance & Governance · Ensure all media activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations. · Maintain high standards of data privacy and ethical marketing practices. Operations and Reporting · Manage lead and team of Ad Operations responsible for client initiation and ad insertion · Monitor and manage reporting across direct and programmatic activities Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). · 10+ years of experience in digital media, healthcare marketing, or life sciences. · Proven leadership in building and scaling digital media products or platforms. · Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks. · Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance metrics. · Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
