This person will work directly with HR stakeholders to analyze issues, map business processes, and ensure Workday workflows operate as intended. Key Requirements: • Deep understanding of Workday HCM business processes, including how they are triggered, configured, and maintained. • Ability to map business processes and collaborate with departments to translate business needs into Workday configurations. • Experience troubleshooting scenarios where business processes loaded from Workday Launch fail or behave inconsistently. • Ability to modify triggers dependent on specific data fields. • Example: Seniority date logic based on seniority hours. • Strong understanding of HR workflows and HCM workflows. • Ability to interpret data requirements and execute workflow logic accurately. • Prior experience working directly with Workday teams and HR departments.
