Qualifications: · Deep functional expertise in retail store operations, ideally within grocery, with additional experience in specialty or department retail. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. · Demonstrated ability to assess, redesign, and improve store operations processes, with hands-on experience in: o Workforce management and labor optimization o Store execution and task management o Store operating model design and field leadership structures o Omnichannel store operations and fulfillment· Strong understanding of store economics, including labor cost structures, sales per labor hour, and cost-to-serve dynamics. · Experience with store technologies, including POS systems, workforce management tools, task management platforms, and emerging automation solutions. · Familiarity with AI-enabled retail operations, predictive analytics, and digital transformation is a strong advantage. · Excellent understanding of client markets and challenges, with the ability to shape relevant consulting solutions. · Familiarity with financial planning and operational budgeting processes is a plus. · Willingness to travel as required. Design and deliver cloud-based application and infrastructure modernization solutions, manage cross-team collaboration globally, and lead medium to large scale RFP responses. | 10+ years overall experience including 5+ years in cloud solution architecture (preferably Azure), expertise in cloud-native technologies, containerization, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and strong communication skills. | Qualifications:Mandatory Skills Experience: • 10 plus years of Overall experience as solution architect delivering applications and infrastructure technologies modernization, migration experience • 5 plus years’ experience in cloud technology (Azure is preferred) solution architecture design leveraging application, data, infra related services • Design data architecture on the cloud, including data lakes, data warehouses, data pipelines, and data ingestion mechanisms • Experience in running end to end solutions for medium to large scale RFP responses • Experience in managing / orchestrating outcomes across various teams across global locations • Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate technical concepts.
