Design, build, and maintain endpoint management systems, automate tasks, and provide technical support. | 3+ years of IT experience, managing endpoint solutions, scripting skills, and knowledge of IT service management frameworks. | POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Engineer, Enterprise IT plays a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems that power our organization. Working cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Engineering, this role helps build internal capabilities and resolve potential issues. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and maintain endpoint management and configuration systems for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, using platforms such as Iru (fka Kandji), Intune, and/or Fleet Collaborate with security to enforce secure configurations and to remediate vulnerabilities across endpoints Write custom scripts (e.g. Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate IT and security tasks Provide Tier I/Tier II technical support on complex user issues that require your expertise Research and evaluate new technologies and configurations to satisfy evolving organizational requirements as we scale Support knowledge management by creating and maintaining technical documentation and architectural diagrams WHO YOU ARE You have 3+ years of experience in information technology, with a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices You are a self-starter who can communicate recommendations and escalate decisions as needed You have demonstrated experience managing endpoint management solutions You have experience with IT ticketing systems and support workflows You have attention to detail in building out and documenting efficient processes You are able to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Even Better You have experience with Git-based version control You have experience in the financial services industry and/or a rapidly growing startup You have experience working in the Bitcoin space WHAT WE OFFER Company paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k with employer match Employee stock options Unlimited PTO Training & development opportunities Remote work flexibility
