Provide first level IT support to internal customers including issue diagnosis, resolution, escalation, and documentation. | High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience; preferred healthcare and technical troubleshooting experience. | Service Desk Technician Associate (Customer Service Representative) Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHlth IT Serv Desk EPIC SPT FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Weekend Days Pay: $21.56 - $32.34 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This may be a 100% work-from-home opportunity, but you must reside in Colorado. Travel among all UCHealth sites may occasionally be required. Summary: Provides first level support to internal customers regarding basic application, hardware and service/network requests. Responsibilities: • Enters support requests into tracking system and assigns ticket number or other identification. • Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response. • Diagnoses, resolves and closes customer issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary. • Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality. Provides basic end-user training. • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: • High School diploma or GED. • 1 year of relevant experience. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Minimum Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). • 6 months of ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. • ACLS • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
