Manage volunteer-client relationships, follow up on matches, and record feedback for at least 10 volunteer-client pairs over 6 months. | Must be 18+, pass background check, commit 3-4 hours weekly for 6 months, and provide OPT verification if applicable. | The Ask: Since we launched 2018, our community of volunteers and clients has grown tremendously. This has created a need for a Community Management team to manage our relationships with these stakeholders. The Community Manager would be responsible for: 1. Following up with volunteers and clients who sign up to the platform to help them get matched with one another if they haven't already done so; 2. Once volunteers and clients have met, record their feedback about their experience at the end of the engagement, the consultant will have performed this work for at least 10 pairs of volunteers and clients. This would serve as an operating model for permanent staff once it's brought on board. Time Commitment: 6 months; 3 - 4 hours per week. Tutoria welcomes all student volunteers to apply with us. Please note that Tutoria cannot accept those interested in fulfilling 24-month STEM OPT requirements, since this is a volunteer opportunity. Candidates will be required to submit evidence from their institution verifying their OPT status.
