Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience • 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months. • Must have at least 9 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission. Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions. Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, safety checks q1-2h, focus on listening and responsiveness Requested Skill Set: Able to perform basic patient assessments, general care and maintenance of the following: Wounds, Tracheostomy, Ostomy, Drains, Chest Tubes. Patient population has at times will require dialysis or PCA pumps. Only drip is Heparin. Special Requests: No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Equipment Used on Unit: Basic equipment - Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, Alaris IV Pumps. Documentation system: Meditech. Shift & Scheduling Requirements:: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period. Floating Requirements: Will float over core staff.
