This is a multichannel role spanning traditional and digital touchpoints, and you will own the end-to-end conversion experience from first contact to policy enrollment. Responsibilities Own and optimize the end-to-end conversion experience and performance for prospects from veterinary, breeder, and shelter channels. Define and test multichannel contact strategies across traditional and digital channels (email, SMS, handouts, phone) to grow response and enrollment rates from channel-sourced prospects. Create compelling conversion communications across traditional and digital touchpoints – informed by user insight and tested in partnership with the Digital Communications and field teams. Create campaigns targeting lead database segments to test messaging and promotional tactics that further lift response and enrollment rates. Partner with field and marketing teams to understand lead initiation and partner roadmaps, working collaboratively to build conversion success. Work closely with the UX and creative teams to optimize the on- and offline conversion experience for channel prospects. Understand the phone experience and leverage insights to influence conversion. Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive communications testing plans and associated results. Build an insight framework to ensure continuous user insight lies at the heart of conversion strategy. Continued learning and evaluation of the customer experience and development of new and innovative messaging, working closely with our internal compliance team.
