Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field. Demonstrate the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and their solutions. Possess solid software development knowledge with an understanding of the different stages of the software development lifecycle. Brings excellent communication skills along with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing. Show genuine curiosity in identifying and solving root causes rather than just symptoms. The base salary hiring range in Ontario for this role is $90,000 -115,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
