Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and organizing personal injury claims to support case evaluation and settlement. | Requires 2-6 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation, strong organizational skills, and experience with medical records and case management. | What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for: • Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuation • Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demand • Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiations • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communication • Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements • Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress, update case management systems, and ensure all pre-litigation milestones are met efficiently • Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirements At TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like: • You consistently move cases toward resolution by keeping files organized, complete, and settlement-ready • You proactively identify missing records, gaps in treatment documentation, and next steps to increase case value • You communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, building trust and confidence • You support attorneys and case managers by reducing administrative burden and improving efficiency • You contribute to timely, favorable settlements and high client satisfaction Qualifications Required: • 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Georgia • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team Nice to Have: • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required) • Experience in high-volume or fast-growing law firms • Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures • Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) • Comfort working in evolving systems and processes About TopDog Law TopDog Law is a nationally scaling, fully integrated, personal injury law firm with strong partner relationships across the country. How This Role Drives the Business As Director, IT & Security, you will own the strategy, operations, and evolution of TopDog Law’s IT and security capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the company’s technology environment is secure, reliable, and scalable while supporting the day-to-day needs of a growing organization. You will lead and develop an existing IT support function while defining the roadmap for corporate IT infrastructure, access management, device posture, and security practices. Partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Product, and business leaders, you will provide security and operational leadership across the technology organization.
