You’ll own a portfolio of high-value clients end to end: strategy, execution oversight, communication, quality, and growth. This isn’t just campaign management. It’s business ownership. What You’ll Do: • Own 7-10 client accounts, accountable for performance, retention, and growth. • Lead strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Drive budget recommendations and growth opportunities across channels and Tiger Tracks solutions. • Lead client meetings and deliver clear performance narratives and next steps. • Translate data into actionable insights and forward-looking strategies. • Maintain high standards for execution quality, reporting accuracy, and internal documentation. • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative tactics to improve results. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of paid media experience in a high-growth agency environment. • Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required). • Confidence leading executive-level client conversations. • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. • Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts. • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. • Bachelor’s degree required.
