Expect to spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls. Day to day, you’ll: Own projects end-to-end, truly understanding the specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls. Qualifications What We’re Looking For You’re intellectually strong, you’re ambitious, have leadership or extracurricular experience, and have shown grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements. Additional Information Salary and Benefits: Total first-year salary is expected to be $96,000-$127,000 (based on average-high performance). This is inclusive of a $75,000 base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus accessible after your first month. Job Description Surveys are widely used to gather quantitative and qualitative data using relevant questions from a sample of respondents. Third Bridge provides online B2B surveys by giving our clients access to high-quality responses from hard-to-find experts via our pre-screened, proprietary network. Our panel of experts covers all geographies, industries and functions. We have a dedicated Surveys team across the US and Europe that works around the clock to help clients with survey design, coding, fielding and results seamlessly and quickly. The Survey Associate position is a key enabler in the development of our Surveys team as well as in the design of tools and processes to create the Surveys end product. The end goal is to provide a top quality Survey product that will drive market share gains across our clients by meeting their needs for quantitative insights. We are looking for a Survey Associate who is more interested in talking to people and solving project hurdles than sitting behind a spreadsheet all day. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Talking to Clients: You’ll spend your day communicating with Private Equity and Consulting firms. You’ll listen to what they need, offer feedback on their survey ideas, and keep them updated on progress. Managing Projects: You will coordinate between our clients, the experts taking the surveys, and our internal teams. This requires staying organized and keeping everyone on the same page. Fixing Problems: Projects rarely go perfectly. Whether client requests change or we’re struggling to find a specific type of expert, you’ll be the person who figures out a workaround and keeps things moving. Building Panels: You’ll identify and reach out to the right experts to participate in surveys, ensuring we meet the high standards our clients expect. Qualifications A Great Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone or writing a concise email. You can explain complex ideas clearly to people at all levels of seniority. Action-Oriented: You don't wait to be told what to do. If you see a way to make a process better or a client happier, you take the lead. Curious: You’re interested in how different businesses work - from how hospitals buy equipment to how software companies compete. Resilient: You can handle a fast-paced environment where deadlines are tight and requirements change quickly. Meticulous attention to detail: Strong analytic outlook (including experience with data sets in Excel or Gsheets format) Requirements Bachelor’s degree 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Consulting and Private Equity, various industries and data analysis A plus, but not required: Experience with market research and survey design, primarily via exposure to survey design and the use of online survey platforms (gained in education or in a professional environment) The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the country they are applying.
