Responsibilities: • Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. • Document all customer interactions in the database accurately and thoroughly. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and handle stressful situations. • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
