This is a remote full-time position based in West Des Moines, IA, with a strong preference for local candidates who can be onsite during the first 30-60 days for onboarding. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while engaging directly with internal stakeholders to understand and support business processes. Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn and contribute across teams. Key Responsibilities • * Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and services in a Microsoft environment • Provide technical support and enhancements to existing systems • Build and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps • Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools such as Application Insights • Participate in unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables • Stay current with emerging tools and technologies including AI-assisted development platforms Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
