The agency operates with a nine-person team and provides both personal and commercial lines coverage. This position is open due to sustained service demand and backlog. The agency is experiencing increased service volume, endorsement processing delays, quoting strain, and phone coverage challenges. A strong hire directly impacts retention, responsiveness, and operational stability. This is not a sales-only role. This is a true servicing and account management position. The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day servicing of personal lines clients. This includes quoting, re-quoting, endorsements, payment processing, inbound call handling, and general account maintenance. The role requires hands-on daily use of Applied Epic. System proficiency is not optional.
