Designing and executing strategies to build markets and improve care delivery, translating insights into client strategies, and supporting project execution. | Experience in healthcare policy, market research, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with 5-7 years in relevant roles. | Senior Consultant - Care Delivery Overview The Senior Consultant, Care Delivery plays a key role in designing and executing strategies that build therapeutic area markets and improve care delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of projects that generate market insights and translating these findings into client strategy that takes into account to the evolving needs to providers, health systems, and pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare policy, health system and provider engagement, primary market research, implementation science, and navigation of client dynamics. Experience in therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, oncology, chronic kidney disease, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, Alzheimer's Disease, and/or women's health preferred but not required. Responsibilities • Deliver strategic insights, develop care delivery models, and support clients in navigating therapeutic area development challenges at a senior level. • Support optimization of market development solutions aligned to organizational needs. • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights, lead project teams, and advise clients on best practices for therapeutic area market development. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on healthcare policies, guidelines, standards of care, best practices, and access landscapes. • Create client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations in adherence with project timelines. Client Engagement • Serve as aprimary point of contact for clients on major engagements. • Drive client discussions and provide strategic insights. • Present findings and recommendations to clients. • Maintain strong relationships with client teams. • Identify new opportunities for client expansion. • Lead and manage project scopes and timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with directors and cross-functional teams to execute projects. • Partner with life sciences, medical affairs, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), real-world evidence (RWE), analytics, and strategy teams. • Collaborate with external stakeholders in health systems, partner organizations, professional societies, and advocacy organizations. Financials • Manage project budgets and contribute to financial planning. • Identify cost efficiencies and process improvements. Leadership • Mentor and develop junior team members, including consultants and analysts. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience. • Master's preferred • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. • Strong leadership and client management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and facilitation skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. #LI-Remote
