Benefits Offered: • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • Short/Long Term Disability • Life Insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off (Accrued) • Paid Holiday • Consistent Work Schedules • Company Provided Training Primary Responsibilities: • Assist Security Account Manager with overseeing, supervising, and directing security officers. • Research and resolve problems related to security division operational issues. • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. • Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. • Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained. • Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to work. • Makes rounds to check for security coverage in designated work areas and sites. • Investigates customer concerns. • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. • Observes activity and traffic in assigned area to enforce rules/regulations; alerts visitors of infractions. • Assists any persons in building or on grounds needing directions or information. • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. • Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. • Responds to alarms and dispatched calls; decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations. • Decides when incident requires written report; decides which report form to use and submits to supervisor. • Unlocks buildings/doors after checking identification and compliance with policies. • May assist law enforcement officers with crowd control and surveillance at large public events. • Any other duties assigned. Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior security or customer service experience preferred but not required. • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • You must pass a background check and any required licensing or training. • You must pass a drug screening. • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
