Job Duties • Process and log in plant, soil, and insect samples. • Lab organization and cleaning. • Lab equipment maintenance. • Assist with diagnosing insect and disease problems of plants. • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Qualifications Qualifications: Enrollment or future enrollment in a relevant college program such as biology, botany, forestry, entomology, environmental science, horticulture, plant pathology, or related field. Salary Range 110-130k with bounus schedule Job Duties What You’ll Do: • Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees. • Provide customers with estimates based on their needs. • Develop and update sales strategies and performance of team • Create and build relationships with new and existing clients. • Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff. • As District Manager you give direction to the team.
