Values: Curious & Creative Hungry For Food & Results Entrepreneurial Forward Thinking & Flexible Supportive (Of Peers & Chefs) Position Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties. What you’lldo: • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. • Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms. • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line. • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department and prepare for shipping. • Marks materials with identifying information. • Opens bales, crates, and other containers. • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. • Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Assists in billing process. About you: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will be available to work onsite at our Ridgefield, CT office twice per week. Position Summary: As an FP&A Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the Finance team on important projects and develop advanced Excel skills while building a solid foundation for a career in corporate finance. What you’ll do: • Assist with the preparation & distribution of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Support the annual budget process by preparing and gathering financial data. • Develop and maintain financial models in Microsoft Excel with high accuracy. • Assist with monthly commissions calculations and adjustments. • Perform data reconciliations and ensure consistency across multiple reports. • Help create dashboards and reports to support strategic decision making. • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, maintaining prompt, professional communication. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. About you: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work. • Excellent communication skills; responsive and professional in all interactions. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
