Provide timely hardware and software support to end-users and maintain IT equipment and documentation. | Requires 5 years IT experience, certifications like CompTIA A+, and proficiency with Windows and network troubleshooting. | Primary Purpose: Work as part of a team assigned to provide quality customer support for hardware and software problems. Qualifications: Education/Certification: H.S Diploma Comp TiIA A+ or greater (Server+, Network+, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, etc.) Certification required. Special Knowledge/Skills: Decision-making skills required. Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment. Highly motivated and proactive individual required.
