Lead UI/UX architecture and front-end standards for digital platforms with on-call support. | Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in web application architecture and front-end development with deep React and Azure knowledge. | Provides UI/UX architectural leadership for TUHS web and digital experience platforms, with emphasis on modern React application architecture, Azure-hosted solutions, CMS/headless CMS integration, microfrontends, mobile-first responsive design, accessibility, performance, security, authentication, logging, and reusable modular design standard. Develops recommendations and coordinates technical implementation activities for internally developed and vendor-supported web solutions. Establishes front-end architecture patterns, user experience standards, development best practices, and governance needed to modernize legacy portal and application environments while supporting organizational goals and objectives. Provides technical customer support and 24x7 on-call services for supported environments, as required. This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital. Education Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 8 years experience in web application architecture, front-end development, UI/UX implementation, software solutions, or digital platform modernization within complex enterprise environments Required 8 years experience with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or project life cycle (PLC), including requirements definition, design, development, testing, release, support, and continuous improvement Required General Experience and knowledge using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Figma, responsive design frameworks, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards Required General Experience and knowledge using Azure-hosted application patterns, CMS/headless CMA platforms, microfrontends, APIs, authentication/authorization, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD practices Required General Experience with large, complex web modernization, portal, CMA, mobile-first, and user experience initiatives. Enhance and manage service automation applications including configuration and vendor release implementation. | Bachelor's degree and 1+ year experience with automation tools, proficiency in Python and JavaScript required. | The Application Analyst-Service Automation is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include coordinating the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. As the expert and escalation point for other IT team members, the Application Analyst-Service Automation will provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities, and provide training on system. This role will require three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health's Womens and Families hospital. Education • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required) • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience • 1 Year experience as an administrator, developer or implementer with demonstrated technical and process knowledge with automation tools. (Required) • Experience with Python, JavaScript, SFTP, Restful API, LLM, system integration, job scheduling and agentic AI tools and desire to learn and gain proficiency in AirFlow, Azure Foundry AI and Search and other related tools and applications including ServiceNow AI (Required) • Familiar with change management and operational support processes (Preferred) • 1 Year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment (Preferred) • Combination of programming, application development, related infrastructure, technical skills and scripting may be considered in lieu of platform specific experience.
