Manage communications, client documents, and support administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. | Efficiently handle emails, calls, client documents, and be willing to learn payroll and accounting tasks. | Job Summary As an admin on our team, you'll be at the heart of team operations, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is seamless. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role supporting both staff and clients—no two days are the same! Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple email inboxes and calendars efficiently, prioritizing urgent needs • Answer incoming calls and facilitate clear, prompt communication • Request, collect, and track client documents and communication • Send timely monthly client reports and provide status updates Bonus points for any experience in or a willingness to be trained on: • Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy • Calculate and submit sales tax, maintaining up-to-date records • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Assist with special projects across accounting and operations All serious applicants need to fill out our quick culture survey, candidates will not be considered if not, time commitment 5-10 minutes.
