This unique role is ideal for ambitious professionals who excel at building relationships, driving sales, and expanding business in the IT services sector. As a BD Partner, you will directly contribute to revenue growth and enjoy 50% profit share on every deal closed through your efforts. Key Responsibilities • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in staff augmentation, talent solutions, managed services, and project delivery. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. • Build partnerships with key decision-makers across industries. • Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape growth strategies. • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to TechSolutions’ long-term growth. Requirements • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in IT services. • Strong knowledge of staff augmentation, managed services, and IT project delivery models. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Existing US client network (preferred, not mandatory).
