Developing, configuring, and integrating Planview SPM modules and enterprise systems. | At least 3 years of experience with Planview SPM or similar enterprise portfolio management tools, strong API and scripting skills, and experience with enterprise system integration. | Planview SPM Chicago, IL /Dallas,TX / Remote JD Develop and configure Planview SPM modules including Portfolios, Roadmaps, Outcomes, and OKRs Experience with enterprise systems integration (Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) 3+ years of hands-on experience with Planview SPM or Planview Portfolios Design and implement REST API integrations with systems like Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration frameworks Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation and data handling Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource capacity, and demand management Build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Planview reporting tools Automate workflows, notifications, and data sync processes across enterprise tools Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Planview configuration and performance Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Planview Certified Developer or Architect
Design, configure, and maintain OpenText xECM and Content Server environments in containerized setups, support architecture and scalability, manage DR and compliance, and coordinate with OpenText support. | Must have certified OpenText xECM administration experience in container environments (preferably AKS), expertise in configuring and supporting OpenText modules, APIs, DR setups, GDPR compliance, and operational monitoring. | OpenText xECM in a container environment preferably AKS •Experience in administrating OpenText xECM in a container environment preferably AKS. •Ability to design and configuring OpenText xECM workspace, Folder Taxonomy, Metadata management and ACLs. •Ability to design, maintain, and document Content Server environments, including add-on modules like Archive center, Viewing services, Migration services etc. in container environment. •Experience in supporting OpenText PS while installing OpenText in Container environment. •Help Architecture team to put together Conceptual, Physical and Application architecture to support high performance and scalable environment. •Experience in OpenText xECM API and configure scalable environment to support future expansions. •Experience in setting up optimized DR Environment to support business continuity. •Experience in administrating OpenText search indexes and backup & restore. •Usage and understanding of operational monitoring tools as well as vulnerability tools. •Experience in supporting configuration of email plug-ins, SSO, other Connectors like DocuSign etc. •Ability to work directly with high-level support resources at OpenText and raise the support ticket as required. •Demonstrates ability to design and implement custom OpenText xECM solutions while working independently. •Assists in developing, producing, and distributing production reports, and procedure manuals. •Ability to contribute to operational “runbook” for Content Server operation. •Certified OpenText xECM administration is mandatory. •Experience in configuring OpenText platform to support GDPR compliance.
