This role involves managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and compliance with industry standards while ensuring quality and safety. With AI, remote work, and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities  * Project Planning & Coordination– Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walk-throughs with stakeholders. * Client & Stakeholder Communication– Maintain regular updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. * Budget Management- Assume responsibility for the multi-million dollar project budget including shift, labor hours, materials and equipment costs. * Materials Management & Ordering- Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered, received, and staged prior to the start of the project. Coordinate ordering through the LINX procurement team * Manpower Planning & Team Management– Oversee workforce scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation technicians, ensuring optimal staffing levels and coordination for project execution. * Change Management & Documentation– Track milestones, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle. * Closeout & Training– Deliver final project closeout, conduct client training, and facilitate post-project reviews for continuous improvement.   Minimum Requirements   * 5 years’ experience in a construction leadership role ( training)OR labor-management experience, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. * 3 years’ experience on Mission Critical Data Centers for large hyperscale projects * Knowledge of construction technology, electronics integration, scheduling, equipment and methods preferred. * Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent. * Microsoft skills required ( with Excel, Word, Power point, etc.) * Valid Driver’s License   Preferred Experience  * Four-year college degree (not required) * RCDD BICSI certification (not required) * DCDC BICSI certification (not required) * PMP certification (not required)   Pay Rate:  $90,000 - $130,000/year      TEAMLINX offers great benefits including:  * 401K with 50% employer match up to first4% * Insurance options including Medical plans with Flexible Spending and/or Health Savings Accounts, Disability, Dental and Vision * 8 Paid Holidays * 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) combining sick pay and vacation days * Career growth opportunities   POSTING DEADLINE:  This job posting is open until filled and may close at any time without notice.     We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. Job Summary:   We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Low Voltage Senior Quality and Training Specialist. This position will be responsible for managing quality control and training initiatives at an assigned site while also overseeing quality assurance efforts across a designated region.  The role focuses on ensuring high-quality workmanship in the installation of fiber and copper network cabling infrastructure, verifying project scope, confirming task completion to meet established standards, and developing training programs for quality assurance.  The ideal candidate must be proactive in their approach to quality and training, maintain regular touch points with their direct reports, and have a thorough understanding of Division 27 documents. With AI, remote work, and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead site-level quality management for data center and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. * Provide regional quality oversight across multiple job sites to drive consistency in structured cabling and fiber optic installation practices. * Review and validate project scopes, BOMs, and PMLs, confirming accuracy of materials, equipment, and labor for large-scale construction environments. * Supervise and mentor cabling and fiber optic crews, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality workmanship. * Conduct pre- and post-installation quality inspections on fiber optic, copper, and low-voltage systems to verify terminations, labeling, and system performance. * Partner with project managers and construction leadership to resolve scope deviations and implement corrective actions. * Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and inspection records in support of audit readiness and project closeout. * Develop and implement quality control procedures, checklists, and standards specific to data center infrastructure and commercial builds. * Deliver training and mentorship for quality personnel and field teams on fiber optic installation best practices and workmanship standards. * Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address quality concerns, provide status updates, and drive continuous improvement across projects.   Minimum Requirements * 5–7+ years of experience delivering network cabling projects, including fiber optic and copper infrastructure installations. * Deep knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and Division 27 documentation for structured cabling systems. * Demonstrated experience leading quality control and quality assurance at both site and regional levels. * Proficiency with cable testing tools, inspection processes, and quality documentation. * Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, including experience training field and QC personnel. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with the ability to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in commercial construction environments.
