About the team and the role: As the Content Associate, you’ll support TCGplayer’s publishing operations by editing, formatting, and publishing a variety of content, including blogs, social posts, video scripts, and more. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you’ll ensure all details are accurate through diligent fact-checking, correct grammar and spelling with thorough proofreading, and enhance readability by refining articles for brevity and clarity. Maintaining style guide standards and consistent brand voice, you’ll manage uploads, enter deck lists and data, and employ back-end systems for efficient content delivery. By prioritizing assignments according to content calendars and updating milestones as tasks are completed, you’ll help keep projects on track, while reviewing published work to quickly resolve errors, helping to create a polished and engaging customer experience for TCGplayer’s audience.
