Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and IT consulting firm Understanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management process Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etc Hands-on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated data Part of large PLM implementation, PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill Technical skills on AWS Cloud preferred. Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements Work with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements. Conduct Requirement Analysis workshops Propose solutions that meets the needs of our clients. Implement and manage PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA). Define and optimize product lifecycle processes from concept to end-of-life. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for seamless data flow. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Drive integration between PLM and ERP/MES systems. Scrum - Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).. Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of sprints. Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices. Deep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.) Track and report sprint progress using tools like Azure Devops. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage component tracking, ordering, and inventory control for project needs. • Receive, label, and accurately record incoming inventory within designated systems. • Support device builds, operate measurement equipment, and lead small-scale build activities. • Provide components and prepared kits to engineering teams as required. • Assist with technical engineering tasks such as welding, jaw coating, fixture preparation, and operating coating equipment. • Support development line activities, including GRR testing, sample runs, and manual line tasks. • Adapt workload and responsibilities based on evolving program demands. • Provide support in documentation management, including maintaining records and completing required documentation. Preferred: • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technician-level role. • 1-2 years of demonstrated proficiency with testing equipment, measurement tools, and lab software. • Experience working in a highly regulated industry. Lead consulting engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and develop supply chain planning solutions. | Experience in supply chain planning, solution architecture, and COTS implementations, with relevant certifications and client management skills. | Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Supply Chain Planning domain experience in one or more Manufacturing Sub-Verticals - automotive, aerospace, industrial, process manufacturing. • Prefer prior experience with Business Consulting arms of companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro etc. • Experience as a solution architect / functional consultant in one or more COTS Planning Solutions: Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, BY, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP Cloud etc. • Prefer 2 or more COTS solution implementations experience in Solution design and user acceptance testing. End to End complex implementation experience is an added advantage. • APICS CSCP or other Industry standard certifications preferred. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and convert them to qualified leads. • Work closely with business and IT to model, design, develop and deploy supply chain planning solutions. • Lead Go-To-Market & Thought Leadership initiatives. • Conceptualize and develop Solutions & Offerings and create reusable assets & frameworks.
